The training for the Mandarin in Kuala Lumpur was tailor made especially for the front line staff. The participants who attended where from different departments like the Spa concierge, front office personnel & guest relation officers (GRO). The training comprised of these modules ,Creating A Wining Image, Impression Management, Body Language, Personal Grooming, Customer Care, Addressing Psychological Needs, Communicating with Customers, Great Service (Secret Service). The training was conducted in an interactive manner. Workshops where also carried out for better understanding & to promote individual participation in various scenarios. (Gastrodome Group) - Trainer for the Personal Grooming & Customer Care Program for the Osmosis Spa, proudly owned by Gastrodome whom are popular for their swanky chain of restaurants and bistros.
